1. Booking and Cancellation Policy
Appointments: Customers are encouraged to book appointments in advance. Walk-ins are accepted but subject to availability.
Cancellation: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee.
Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened to accommodate other customers, and the full price will still apply.
2. Health and Medical Conditions
Disclosure: Please inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or recent surgeries prior to your massage.
Pregnancy: Pregnant customers should inform the staff in advance to ensure proper accommodations. Some services may not be suitable for pregnant individuals.
Illness: If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment for the safety of other customers and staff.
3.Personal Hygiene
Cleanliness: Customers are requested to practice good personal hygiene before arriving for their massage.
Shower: If you have been sweating or are coming from physical activity, we kindly request that you take a shower prior to your massage session.
4.Respect and Conduct
Professionalism: We expect all customers to behave respectfully toward therapists and staff. Any inappropriate behavior, language, or harassment will result in immediate termination of the session, and the customer may be banned from future services.
Therapist Boundaries: Thai massage is a professional service, and the therapists’ boundaries must be respected at all times. Inappropriate requests will not be tolerated.
5.Clothing and Comfort
Massage Attire: Traditional Thai massages may require customers to wear loose-fitting clothing provided by the shop. Other services may be conducted under a towel or draping for privacy.
Comfort: Please communicate with your therapist regarding pressure levels, room temperature, or any discomfort during the massage. Your comfort is our priority.
6.Payment and Gratuities
Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and mobile payment options. Payments are due at the end of your session.
Gratuities: Tips are appreciated and at the customer’s discretion, based on the level of service provided.
7.Age Requirements
Minimum Age: Customers must be at least 18 years old to receive a massage unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Minors: Massage services for minors require parental consent and the presence of a parent or guardian.
8.Privacy and Confidentiality
Privacy: Customer privacy is respected at all times. Personal health and contact information will remain confidential.
Massage Rooms: The massage rooms are designed for maximum privacy and relaxation. Changing areas are provided, and draping will be used to cover the body appropriately during the massage.
9.Health and Safety
Sanitation: The massage shop follows strict hygiene protocols. All equipment, including massage tables and towels, is sanitized after each session.
COVID-19: In the event of ongoing public health concerns, customers must comply with any additional safety measures, such as wearing masks or temperature checks, as directed by local health authorities.
